Payment Not Reflecting in eWallet

Whenever a user adds fund to his e-wallet on emuut.com, the payment should reflect within a few minutes.
If payments do no reflect immediately, please allow up to 15 minutes for the system to detect your payment and credit your e-wallet.
If you paid via bank transfer or USSD, you may need to wait for up to one hour for the payment to be confirmed by the banks.
If after an hour, payment does not reflect on your e-wallet, please check your bank as the transfer may have failed or reversed back to you.
If funds are not returned back to you within a few days and your e-wallet was not credited, then kindly send an email to [email protected] with your proof of payment and other details of the transaction.
